See photo. The pre release issue with release date sticker gives date as 15 MAY 1989. The press release accompanying it gives other release as a ‘strictly limited edition in full colour poster bag and as a picture engraved CD single’ Interestingly no mention is made of the shaped picture disc subsequently released.
