Gatefold cover with embossed colored pictures (front and back) and attached inside an 8 page colored booklet. Plain black inner sleeves. Recorded live at Madison Square Garden. All titles published by Warner Bros Music/SuperHype Music. (There is also a UK version with layout differences,no Tracktimings and Manufactured in the UK on labels ,It is here,[r5387268]) Some versions have an additional Side 1 runout variation where as well as having SSK 89402 A1 stamped, it also has SSK 89401 A2 stamped but that text is struck-through. Runout for Side 2 is SSK 89402 B2 with what also looks like an etched capital D on it’s own. Sides 3 and 4 are as listed above (SSK 89402 C1 and SSK 89402 D2). A Swan Song Inc.
