Issued in a gatefold jacket with printed inner sleeves, 16 page booklet, and download card. Despite of GZ Media runouts with letter ‘M’ which normally indicate 12″ records with 45 RPM (see [l430654] label page), both records run with 33 ⅓ RPM. In the runouts, the first catalog number and ‘CB’ is hand-etched, the rest is stamped.
