Tracks 1-12 originally released as Decca LK 4804 on 22nd July 1966 Tracks 13-24 originally released as Decca SKL 4804 in December 1969 With 8 pages booklet. Housed in a jewel case with a red tray, matching the label colour of this and the original Decca mono colour scheme.
