My copy is in a generic sleeve with feedback form, so probably a promo that was never commercially released. The reverse side has a plain label, with 2 unlisted tracks which seem to be the same as the standard 12-Inch release. I don’t know how many copies were made, as I am only aware of this 1 copy.
